I write about language, silence, and the systems — human and computational — that try to hold meaning in place.

My thinking moves between three territories: the technical architecture of natural language processing, the contemplative traditions of Buddhism and meditation, and the ancient oracular practice of the I-Ching. They are more connected than they appear.

This site is a place to think out loud. Slowly, without urgency. I'm not trying to build an audience or maintain a posting schedule. I'm trying to write things I won't regret.
